Who can apply?
We're looking for educators who are as invested in teaching quality as we are. Here's what we require — and what gives you an edge.
Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant subject area
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience — school, coaching centre, or online
Strong command of English — all TCO1 classes are conducted in English
Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop with a working webcam
Genuine commitment to concept-based teaching — not rote instruction
CTET, B.Ed, or a state-level teaching certification
Prior experience teaching CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, or State Board curricula

Rates at TCO1 range from ₹150 to ₹500 per hour depending on grade group, subject, and class type. The table below shows indicative monthly earnings across two engagement levels.

Apply Online
Submit your application with your qualifications, teaching experience, and the subjects and grade groups you wish to teach. The form takes approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Eligibility Assessment
A subject knowledge check aligned to the grades and boards you have applied for. Conducted online at a mutually convenient time. This ensures every TCO1 teacher meets our academic standard.
Teaching Demo
A 20-minute live demo session with our academic panel. We assess teaching clarity, communication style, and the ability to explain concepts in a way that genuinely engages students.
Onboarding & Training
Selected teachers complete an orientation on TCO1's concept-first pedagogy, our delivery platform (TCO1 + Zoom), student management, and progress reporting standards. We set you up for success before your first class.
